The typical day starts at 8:00 a.m. with breakfast,
exercise, and goal setting for the day. Treatment activities and
school begins in the early morning with programming tailored to your
child's assessed needs. After a short break the children continue
their treatment activities, including group and individual therapy.
Before dinner your child will participate in some kind of exercise,
such as volleyball or basketball. After dinner and a short break,
nightly group meetings are held and the group evaluates the day,
discussing any unresolved issues. Residents are usually in bed by
9:30.
