Northwest enjoys an outstanding success rate in most every major category used to judge the effectiveness of an adolescent program. More than 2400 of the most recent discharging adolescents and their parents/guardians completed questionnaires designed to assess key satisfaction and outcomes measures.

92% of adolescents rated the general communication of staff as Good, Very Good, or Excellent.

94% rated the treatment of their family as Good, Very Good, or Excellent.

When asked, "How would you rank the courteousness and helpfulness of our staff?" Parents enthusiastically rated our staff as Good or Excellent 96% of the time.

The vast majority of adolescents (90%) reported improvement at discharge. Their parents agreed. Ninety-three percent felt that their child was Doing Better at discharge, (as opposed to doing worse or the same).

If they had to do it all over again, 95% of parents stated they would return to Northwest for the care of their child.

An impressive 97% would recommend Northwest's care to a friend.

Parents have repeatedly rated their Overall Satisfaction with Northwest very high.
